SHIPMENT

How long does delivery take?

• After receiving the shipping confirmation, shipping usually takes 2-5 days within Germany and 3-30 days worldwide.

RETURN

How does the returns process work?

• You can cancel purchases within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us. All you have to do is fill out the return form and enclose it in the package. As soon as the goods have arrived undamaged, you will receive the refund.
